There’s something deeply personal about building a business that reflects who you are becoming.

HMK Wellness wasn’t created overnight. It came from a season of transition, creativity, and slowly finding my own voice.

Many of you first knew me through Boom Boom Kombucha, a business I stepped into during the 2025 market season. Taking over a small business taught me so much. I learned the rhythm of brewing, the importance of community, and what it feels like to pour your energy into something people genuinely love.

But as time went on, I realized I wanted to create something that felt even more aligned with my own lifestyle and the things I had become passionate about.

Over the winter, I spent months slowing down, brainstorming, and learning. I dove deeper into herbs, holistic wellness, and botanical ingredients. I became fascinated by the ritual of creating products that support the body in simple, intentional ways.

That season of experimenting and creating became the foundation of what HMK Wellness is today.

HMK Wellness was built from the idea that wellness doesn’t have to be complicated. It can be found in small daily rituals. A cup of herbal tea, a nourishing skincare routine, or simply taking a moment to slow down.

This brand is a reflection of everything I love: small-batch kombucha, herbal wellness, botanical skincare, and creating products with intention.

While kombucha remains an important part of my story and market presence, HMK Wellness online is centered around loose-leaf tea blends, botanical skincare, and products inspired by nature and ritual.

Every product I create is made thoughtfully, in small batches, with a focus on ingredients that feel supportive, grounding, and beautiful.

HMK Wellness also became a way for me to make this business feel more like my own, something that could grow beyond one product and evolve into a fuller vision of wellness.

This rebrand wasn’t about leaving something behind. It was about expanding. It was about taking what I learned, honoring where I started, and creating space for something new.
